NORTH READING — The New England Storm Junior Olympic softball program announces that free tryouts for players ages U10 through U18 are being held now through August 8 in North Reading and other area communities north of Boston for the 2016-17 season.
Each potential player needs to attend at least one session. Players may come to additional tryouts if they wish. Private tryouts are also available.

• U10 & U12 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Sunday, Aug. 7: Rita Mullin Field, Lowell Road, North Reading
• U10 & U12 from 3 – 5:30 p.m.
• U14, U16 & U18 from 5:30 – 8 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 8: Thomas Ditson Elementary School, 39 Cook St., Billerica
• U10 & U12 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
• U14, U16 & U18 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
