NORTH READING — The North Reading Community Coffeehouse presents its October Showcase this Friday, October 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the Flint Memorial Library.
Two first-time performers will be among the mix — Tom Cook and Glen Gardner, who is coming to North Reading from Phoenix.
The other performers are Mary Ann McAllister, who is returning to the NRCC from Maryland; another NRCC veteran, Tom Maynard, and Art Grossman. Each performer will do about a 30-minute set.
The event is free but donations will be gratefully accepted and NRCC volunteers will be offering refreshments with all the proceeds benefitting the Friends of the Flint Memorial Library to help support library programming.
The event will also be livestreamed on the North Reading Community Coffeehouse Facebook page and on the YouTube channel the following day.
