NORTH READING — The Bishop Fenwick Crusaders scored in the 47th and 50th minute en route to their 2-0 victory to spoil Senior Night for the Lady Hornets on Thursday.
Before the game, seniors Gabrielle Barker, Kelly Bratton, Abigail Griffin, Abigail Martin, Meredith Martin, Casey McAuliffe, Jillian Coveney, Alyssa Crugnale, Mia DeNofrio, Kaitlyn Shevlin, Emma Valade and Ava Zarella were honored for their contributions to the program.

“I want to congratulate the seniors on amazing high school careers and hope that the lessons they may have learned will help them later down the road,” said head coach Sean Killeen. “I hope they can be appreciative of the time they have had together as teammates playing the game they have loved since they were very young. Finally, I want to thank them for their commitment and effort to represent their school and community. We are so proud of them.”
Tie Triton 1-1 in season finale
Freshman Maddie DiNapoli scored as the Hornets tied the Triton Vikings in both teams’ season finales on Monday afternoon.
