HAMILTON — The North Reading Revolution Grade 6 soccer team won a thrilling championship game against Swampscott, 1-0 to win the highest level of the Essex County Youth Soccer Association at the Massachusetts Tournament of Champions (MTOC) held at the Pingree School on June 17.

In a game filled with excitement and determination, the Revolution showcased exceptional skill and teamwork, securing a well-deserved victory over a Blue Attack team that finished ahead of North Reading in the regular season standings.

With their championship, the Revolution finished No. 1 overall out of the 124 total Grade 6 teams playing in Essex County.

In their playoff run, the Revolution beat Dracut 3-1 and North Andover 3-1 before their victory over Swampscott in the title game.
