NORTH READING — Laurie Cappuccio, Maureen Giuliano and Lisa Santilli of Classified Realty Group in North Reading recently earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation in recognition of experience, knowledge and expertise in high-end residential properties.
They were further honored with the distinction of achieving the Institute’s Million Dollar GUILD, an exclusive group of real estate professionals who have completed specialized training and have a proven performance selling high-end homes.
