Parishioner at St. Florence Church

STONEHAM — Evelina L. Bugli, 90, of Stoneham, formerly of Wakefield, died Sunday, March 17, 2019 at the Sawtelle Family Hospice House in Reading.

Born in Boston on July 9, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Arturo and Luigia (Vendramin) Sacilotto.

Mrs. Bugli was raised in Boston and was a graduate of Roxbury Memorial High School for Girls. She had been a Wakefield resident for 46 years and was a parishioner at St. Florence Church. She had worked many years for Marshall’s Department Store and had also worked for the former Colonial Club.

She was the beloved wife of the late Albert R. Bugli. She was the loving mother of Stephen A. Bugli and his wife Paula of North Reading, and the late Paul R. Bugli and his surviving wife Kathryn of Newburyport. She was the sister of the late Reno Sacilotto. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Christopher and his wife Amanda, Jonathan and his wife Lydia, Eric, and Gregory, as well as three great-grandchildren, William, Olivia, and Benjamin.

Her funeral was held from the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield, on Thursday, followed by a funeral Mass at St. Florence Church, Wakefield. Visitation for relatives and friends was at the funeral home on Wednesday. Interment at Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
