CHILDREN SWARMED Santa from the moment he arrived on the town common by fire truck Sunday at dusk for the culmination of the RNR Chamber of Commerce’s Holiday Light Festival, bringing with him snow flurries from the North Pole. The NRHS Marching Band played “Jolly Old St. Nicholas” as he made his way along the path, greeting hundreds more children who were waiting by the Christmas tree in great anticipation of the countdown to flip the switch that would turn on all the holiday lights.
