Attorney loved to ski, golf

Peter-Brady-obit-webLYNNFIELD — Attorney Peter F. Brady Jr., a Boston based attorney and lifelong Lynnfield resident, died Sunday, Dec. 27 in Lynn at age 51.

He was born in Boston on June 23, 1964 and was the beloved son of the late Honorable Peter F. and Mary L. (Gannon) Brady. Raised in Lynnfield, he was a graduate of Saint John’s Preparatory School of Danvers in 1982, Boston College in 1986 and Suffolk University School of Law in 1989. Mr. Brady was a partner in the law firm of Brady and Brady on Congress Street in Boston and was also a member of the Massachusetts and Essex County Bar Associations. He was also an avid skier, golfer and active member of the Salem Country Club.

Mr. Brady was the loving father of Andrew Caelan Brady and Ashton Taylor Brady. He was the brother of Brian W. Brady and his wife, Julie Monahan Brady of Belmont and Tara Brady Brooks and her husband Gordon of Lynnfield. He was the fiancé of Marcia M. Hennessey of Lynnfield. He was also the uncle of Liana and Eliza Brooks and Marykate, Brian and John Brady.

His funeral was held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Tuesday, Jan. 5, followed by a funeral Mass in Saint Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St., Lynnfield. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Lynnfield. Visitation for relatives and friends was held at the funeral home on Monday, Jan. 4.
