NORTH READING — North Reading High School Masquer’s will premiere their 2015 musical, Peter Pan, this Friday January 30 at 7:30 p.m. A matinee performance will be performed on Saturday, January 31, at 4:00 p.m. Encore performances of Peter Pan will also be performed Friday, February 6 and Saturday, February 7 at 7:30 p.m.

The timeless production about a boy who never wanted to grow up will be performed at the new Daniel Shay Performing Arts Center at NRHS. Ticket’s can be purchased at the box office Monday, January 26 through Friday, January 30 from 11 a.m.-4 p.m each day, and Monday, Feb. 2 through Friday, Feb. 6 at 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Evening tickets sales are Monday, Feb. 2 from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. Based on availability, tickets will also be sold at the box office beginning 90 minutes before each performance.

The box office is located outside the Performing Arts Center at the end of the main hall known as “Main Street” in the new high school. Those entering from the main rear parking lot should continue down “Main Street” past the gym and cafeteria to reach the box office.

Ticket prices are $15 for adults, $12 students, $10 for senior citizens and $5 for children 5 and under. If children attend the show dressed as their favorite character from the beloved J.M.Barrie story they will receive a gold doubloon redeemable for a “treat” during intermission. Please note we will not accept any ticket orders by e-mail or voice mail. There is no online or credit card option for this show. Checks and cash only.

Handicapped seating is available both in the front of the theatre, the sides and in the back. There is also an elevator to assist patrons who want to get to the front of the theatre. The box office will assist with special needs of patrons in selecting tickets.
