LAST NIGHT THE Wakefield public school system held an awesome String Fling in the high school’s Charbonneau Field House. Directed by Deanna Leedy-Andreozzi, orchestras consisting of musicians in grades 4-12 performed several selections, ranging in difficulty from “Mary Had a Little Lamb” to “Slavonic Dance, Opus 46, No. 1” Here, they all came together for the grand finale, “Orpheus in the Underworld.”
