WAKEFIELD — Paving operations are planned for Pleasant Street, from Salem Street to Flanders Lane, on Wednesday, September 14. This work, which includes the installation of the top course of pavement, is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. and is dependent on weather and other factors. Please consider this work site when planning your commute.
Driveway access will be temporarily blocked as the paving machine passes by. If impacted residents have concerns about driveway access, side-street parking is an alternative that can be considered. Curbside refuse and recycling should continue to be placed outside by 6 a.m. on residents’ typical pick-up days.
