LYNNFIELD — A retirement party is being planned for Lynnfield Water District Superintendent Paul Humphries to honor his 41 years of service. The event will take place at Toscana’s Restaurant, 3 Bourbon St., West Peabody on Sunday, April 12 from 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $45 per person and include appetizers, dinner, dessert and a cash bar.
