Managed restaurant in Malden
NORTH READING — Richard S. “Rich” Haneffant of North Reading and formerly of Everett, passed away unexpectedly on January 17, 2015, at 48 years. He was the beloved son of Beverly (Whelan) Haneffant and the late William S. Haneffant. He was the loving brother of Beverly Hijazi, Patricia Bocchino, Linda Horsman, Ruth Glazier, and William Haneffant II. He is also survived by many cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and his loving cat, Pookie.
His funeral took place from the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, Everett, on Friday, Jan. 23, followed by a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Richard was a restaurant manager for Exchange Street Bistro in Malden and was a former member of the Everett Elks.
