METHUEN — Shannon N. Rogers, of Methuen and formerly Wakefield, died at her home on Wednesday, Sept. 3.

Born in Winchester on July 28, 1985, she was the daughter of Karen Lamb of South Grafton and the late Robert Rogers.

Ms. Rogers was raised in Wakefield and was educated in the Wakefield Public School System. Her many hobbies included playing baseball, the theater and going to the beach. She also enjoyed country music and Stephen King novels.

In addition to her mother, Ms. Rogers is also survived by her two children: Mikaela Drago and Jacoby Rogers both of South Grafton. She was the wife of John Perry. She was the sister of Aaron Lamb and his wife Kristin of Wakefield and Mikaela Benoit and her husband Michael of Reading. She was also the granddaughter of James Lamb of Stoneham and Ingeborg Lamb of New Hampshire. She is also survived by her nephews Caleb and Aydin.

A memorial service in celebration of Shannon’s life will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 17 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Wakefield on the corner of Common and Lafayette streets in Wakefield.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the church prior to the service starting at 10 a.m. Arrangements are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield.
