WAKEFIELD — The Shepherd’s Table of the First Baptist Church of Wakefield, 8 Lafayette St., will hold its next meal on Monday, Sept. 14, serving from 6 to 7 p.m. in Fellowship Hall of the church.

The menu for the night will be New England Clam Chowder, fresh baked bread and butter, Caesar salad, Chicken Florentine with rice, beef pot roast, roasted red potatoes with olive oil and rosemary and an assortment of desserts, coffee, tea, milk, soda and water. All those in need of a meal and warm fellowship are welcome to attend at no charge. Reservations are not necessary.

The Shepherd’s Table is a special mission of the Baptist Church to provide a monthly hot meal to those experiencing hard times in the community. More information is available on the Church’s website: www.fbcwakefield.org/shepherds_table
