Lipper-Garabedian presents citation to the Governor’s Youth Advisory Council

MELROSE — On March 25, State Representative Lipper-Garabedian presented Melrose resident and Boston College High School student, Max Achab, with a citation from the Massachusetts House of Representative, to recognize his appointment to Governor Healey’s Youth Advisory Council.
