REVERE — Steven P. Smith, 63, of Revere, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2022 after a brief but brave battle with cancer
Born in Stoneham, Massachusetts on July 2, 1959, Steven grew up in North Reading, and lived in the Boston area.
He attended North Reading High School and graduated in 1978. He continued his education at Cape Cod Community College.
Steven was known for his kindness and generosity, his protective nature as well as his sense of humor. He was an avid Boston sports fan, and he enjoyed music, especially the Blues. He attended many concerts and music festivals. He loved to be outdoors, and would walk the beach nearby.
He was predeceased by his mother, Elaine Smith. He leaves behind his sister, Patti Smith of New Hampshire, his life partner, Tracy Roberts of Revere, several nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.
A celebration of Steven’s life will be held at a later date.
