NORTH READING — The North Reading Farmers Market starts the 2015 season on Wednesday June 17 from 4 to 7 at Ipswich River Park. This year’s market promises to be even more fun and exciting than last year.

Local artists provide entertainment like Lena Syed and the Chapman Brothers and Yarrow will be sharing his balloon art most weeks. Farmer Dave’s and Arrowhead Farm are back with great produce as the season allows. New this year are Shady Pine Farm with beef, pork, lamb, poultry and fresh eggs. Deano’s Pasta became a quick favorite at the Indoor Markets and will be featured for most of the season. Pour Man’s Coffee sells by the pound or the cup and has delicious pastries also.

Other new vendors this season include El Camino and ADEY with Puerto Rican and Ethiopian cuisines. Favorites from past markets returning are Seafood Express, Razzy’s, Swiss Bakers, Tower Root Beer, Chef Mike’s Barbecue Sauce, Melissa’s Honey Pot and Nutty Joe’s Peanut Butter. Each week there will be a variety of crafters such as Kittredge Candles, All About Corks, Karol Peralta Jewelry, Juice Box Diva, Laurie’s Custom Design and KC Styles.
