WAKEFIELD — Tamara M. Hoare, 71 a longtime resident of Wakefield died at her home on Saturday, October 6, 2018.

Born in Buffalo, New York  she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothea (Welling) Fogal.

Tamara was raised in Buffalo until moving to Wakefield at the age of 13. She was a graduate of Nazareth Academy in Wakefield. Tamara was the former owner of the Atlantic North Seafood Restaurant in Malden. In later years she worked at the Paper Store in Stoneham. In her spare time she enjoyed playing cards with her friends, baking and spending time with her family.

Tamara was the mother of Allyson Cellucci and her husband Brian, Jonathan Walsh and his wife Stacey all of Braintree, and the late Joshua Walsh. She was the sister of Craig Welling and his wife Joanne of North Carolina, Dagmar Brizee and her late husband Alfred of Wakefield, Heidi Tourkistas and her husband Michael of Manchester by the Sea and the late Stephen Welling and Eric Welling. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, Mikayla, Sean, and Jake and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham on Saturday, October 20, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment to follow at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
