WOBURN — I remember the first time I experienced the tax free weekend shopping craze. I was at one of those “big box” retailers. I watched as customers herded in large crowds and then waited in long lines that looped around the store. Seeing the chaos and time wasted to save a few dollars in tax made me realize it makes a lot more sense to shop smarter. I’d rather shop for rebates; find discounts, shop clearance or open box or whatever gets you ahead without wasting time and money on impulse buys.
By now you have probably already heard that Massachusetts decided to skip the tax free holiday this year. They’re claiming they lose too much in tax revenue. That leaves a big opportunity for retailers in Massachusetts to pick up the slack from the state. I’m happy to announce that Boston Appliance is taking action to bring even better savings for the rest of August!
Boston Appliance is a full service appliance retailer with a massive showroom owned by a local Wakefield resident. One thing that separates Boston Appliance from other retailers is that we stand by our customers to help them research and shop for their appliances ensuring they get exactly what they need. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and we guarantee our prices cannot be beat. To make your appliance hunting even easier we also offer in-home consultations! Give us a call at 781-935-2700 to schedule a consultation today.
Come to Boston Appliance for our “Tax This!” Sale. Our manufacturers have massive rebates and we have savings throughout the store- with special buys getting up to an extra 20 percent off* (certain restrictions apply). Clearance and Open Box items save even more! “Tax Free” is peanuts compared to what you can save right now.
See a store associate at the Boston Appliance Showroom located at 60 Cummings Park in Woburn and you can do even better than tax free. These savings are good until the end of August. Because, let’s face it, one weekend just isn’t enough. Every Saturday we feature cooking demos and there’s always fresh cookies being served. Stop by for a treat while you shop.
