LYNNFIELD – The Rink at MarketStreet, presented by SBLI Life Insurance, has glided into its 11th season of ice skating.
This season at The Rink, ice skaters and shoppers alike will once again be treated to a spectacle of lights from above as they illuminate the ice.
“All who visit can enjoy the sounds of the season and a variety of music hits, keeping skaters and shoppers dancing to the beat,” said MarketStreet Lynnfield General Manager Charlotte Woods. “Cast iron chimenea fire pits with Adirondack chairs complete the setting and are situated just outside The Rink’s perimeter, giving guests a great place to relax and cozy up together.”
The Rink’s Warming Tent, steps from the ice, houses The Rink’s skate rentals and keeps both spectators and skaters toasty warm even on the chilliest of days. The Rink is open from now through Feb. 23. The Rink is located on The Green near lululemon, J.Crew and JP Licks, in the heart of MarketStreet.
The Rink’s hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday: 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Skating conditions and hours are weather dependent.
The skating admission rates for all ages is $12. Children age 3 and under can be admitted for free. Skates cost $6 to rent. Skaters are permitted to bring their own ice skates.
