LYNNFIELD — The Board of Selectmen’s meeting on Monday, March 20 will start 30 minutes later than usual, at 7:30 p.m. It will be held at the Al Merritt Media and Cultural Center, 600 Market St. (second floor, elevator on premises).
This is the last meeting during which citizens’ petitions may be filed with the board for inclusion on the April Town Meeting warrant as the board will be voting to close the warrant during this meeting. The Town Clerk must certify the required signatures prior submittal of a citizens’ petition to the selectmen.
Budget hearing April 3
In addition, the selectmen’s annual public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2018 budget previously scheduled for Wednesday, March 15 has been rescheduled to Monday, April 3 at 7 p.m. It will also be held at the Merritt Center.
