The Community Planning Commission (CPC) will host an informational meeting for residents interested in learning about the new legislation, known under MGL as Chapter 40A, Section 3A, and how these town warrant articles address the state’s mandates and deadline schedule on Tuesday, May 14 at 7:30 p.m. in Room 14 of Town Hall.

The warrant articles as proposed are intended to revise the existing zoning at 100 and 104 Lowell Road, clarify the language regarding the town’s Site Plan Review procedures, and update the date of the town’s zoning map. The informational meeting on Tuesday, May 14 is intended to give residents an opportunity prior to the CPC’s official public hearing on this matter to learn more about the proposal and ask questions.
