NORTH READING – The voter registration deadline for town residents 18 years and older to participate in the Annual Town Meeting on June 12 is this Friday, June 2.
For those who are not yet registered to vote, the Town Clerk’s Office at Town Hall, 235 North St., will be open to process walk-in registrations from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Friday, June 2.
Residents may also register online through the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s website at https://www.sec.state.ma.us/OVR/ by 11:59 p.m. on June 2 or scan the QR code in the advertisement on page 1 of today’s Transcript. For questions, call the Town Clerk’s Office at 978-357-5230.
Town Meeting will start at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 12 in the gymnasium at NRHS.
