NORTH READING — Oh where, oh where could the stork be hiding?
The North Reading Transcript continues to search for a winner in the newspaper’s 10th annual First Baby of the new year contest.
The Transcript and many other local businesses are prepared to shower the first baby born to a North Reading family in 2016 with a variety of generous gifts.
As the Transcript went to press, a winner had yet to be declared, so we’re asking our readers to help spread the word to any expectant parents they know who reside in town.
Contact the newspaper by e-mail: [email protected] or by phone: 978-664-4761 or 781-245-0080 with the pertinent information.
The winning family must reside in North Reading. The decision of the newspaper is final. Relatives of newspaper employees or contest sponsors are ineligible.
Acceptance of the winning entry is contingent upon the mother’s and father’s consent to have a photograph published of the baby and themselves to accompany a story published in the Transcript.
