LYNNFIELD — Ursula A. Arena, 95, of Lynnfield, formerly of Stoneham passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Woburn Nursing Center in Woburn.
Born on June 17, 1923 in Boston, Ursula was the beloved daughter of the late Guy Arena and Mary F. (Cappuccio) Arena. Ursula was a warm and caring daughter, sister aunt and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Ursula is the loving aunt of Jennifer Arena, Arthur DiGiovanni and his partner Craig Scheinfeld and Dianne Thorley and her husband Mark. She is the dear sister of the late Frank Arena and his late wife Teresa, the late Anthony Arena, the late Anna DiGiovanni and her late husband Jerome.
A funeral Mass celebrating Ursula’s eternal life will be held on Monday, November 5 at 9 a.m. in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham. Family and friends are cordially invited to gather and share memories with the family prior to the Mass from 8 – 8:30 a.m. in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (Route 28), Stoneham. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
