WAKEFIELD — Justina A. (Hamilton) Rush, of Wakefield, passed away courageously on Wednesday, March 6. She was 91 years of age. 

Justina was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother. She was an employee of Chas. F. Hartshorne & Son, Insurance Agency in Wakefield for 40 years. She enjoyed reading, following politics, world events and most of all being home with her family where she resided for 62 years. 

Justina is the beloved wife of the late John Rush. She is the cherished mother of John Rush Jr. and his wife Philomena; Suzanne Weisse and her husband William; and Jeanne Comeau and her husband Kevin. Loving grandmother of Matthew, Jaclyn, Kara, Lauren, Brian, Patrick, Natasha and Verusca. Great grandmother of nine. Dear sister of Patricia Murphy. She is predeceased by her siblings Helen Cail, George Hamilton, William Hamilton, Linda Keay and Thomas Hamilton. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather and share memories with the family on Wednesday, March 13 in the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (Rt. 28), Stoneham from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass celebrating Justina’s eternal life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 10 a.m.
