Registered Nurse who enjoyed traveling

WAKEFIELD — Jean F. Dunlea a lifelong resident of Wakefield, died at her home on Friday November 19.

Born in Boston on April 10, 1950 she was the daughter of the late William and Rose (Flaherty) Dunlea.

Jean was a graduate of Arlington Catholic High School, St. Joseph College in Maine and the Melrose Wakefield Hospital School of Nursing. Jean was currently working as a Registered Nurse with the Acton Boxborough Public School System. She enjoyed riding her bike, spending time with her family, traveling to Disney and teddy bears. Above all she enjoyed being a caregiver.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield on Monday at 10 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Sunday from 2-4 p.m.

Interment, Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield.
