WAKEFIELD — Organizers invite all community members to join them on Wednesday, February 13, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Dockside, 1099 Main St., Wakefield, as they kick off the 2019 Relay For Life and celebrate 20 years of raising funds to fight cancer in Wakefield and the surrounding communities.
Stop in any time and help celebrate a great cause. Dockside is generously donating 25 percent of all proceeds during that time to the American Cancer Society.

At 7 p.m. there will be a celebration of the top fundraisers and sponsors from 2018 in a very short awards presentation; the rest of the time is for you to enjoy.
At Relay For Life events, participants honor people who have been touched by cancer, remember loved ones lost, and raise funds for lifesaving change.
