Athletes should be registered and physicals up to date

WAKEFIELD — All Wakefield Memorial High fall sports (except football) will begin on Thursday, Aug. 27. Football will begin on Monday, Aug. 24.
For girls’ soccer, freshman, JV and varsity players should see the attached link on the Wakefield Memorial High School athletics website at https://wakefieldpublicschools.org/WPS/highschool/athletics for pre-season schedule. Summer league information is also included. All returners are strongly encouraged to attend and incoming freshmen are all welcome.
All physicals expire within 13 months of the physical date. If any athlete does not have a physical on file they will not be allowed to participate in tryouts/practice.

All user fee payments can be made via check or online (Mastercard or Discover). Families are encouraged to pay online at Wakefield’s online payment portal at https://unipaygold.unibank.com/TransactionInfo.aspx?transid=4374. If paying by check make payable to “Wakefield High School Athletic Department.” Please forward payment to your coach.
