Custodio, Roberto, Sullivan, Greatorex honored in Freedom division

WAKEFIELD — The Middlesex League boys’ cross country coaches met recently to make this year’s all-star selections in both the Freedom and Liberty divisions. For the Wakefield Memorial High boys’ cross country team, it had four all-stars named.
Senior Richard Custodio, junior Adam Roberto, junior Ryan Sullivan and sophomore Matt Greatorex were the four Warriors honored.
Wakefield was tied with two-time M.L. Freedom division champion Melrose with four selections each. Watertown had two all-stars named and Burlington had one runner chosen.
In the M.L. Liberty division, league champion Lexington had the most all-stars selected with five. Arlington had three all-stars named, Winchester had two and Woburn had one runner chosen.
