Super B is the result of a wild idea to create a supplemental clinic for local kids in the Wakefield basketball program.  Super B challenges kids to take their game to the next level in the offseason in order to prepare for the local travel program. Through a four week progression plan, the Super B coaching staff targeted the weak points surrounding key mechanics in the game. Celtics guest speakers Leon Powe, Brian Scalabrine and Dana Barros engaged with the players and provided many mentoring points which heightened the experience.

The final results were astounding and the interest in the sport among the players attending was exponential.

The Super B directors Mike Labieniec, Chris Christie and Bruce O’Rourke would like to thank our volunteer coaches along with our sponsors: The Silk Companies, Catch The Funk dance studios and Banner Engineering.

Super B would also like to thank 26 north studios for the photography, the Celtics organization for providing the guest speakers and Rod at the T Stop for the uniforms.
