WAKEFIELD — The Police Department has released information about six Level 3 Sex Offenders living in Wakefield. The individuals are:
• Shawn S. Foti, 37, 75 Montrose Ave. Foti is white with brown eyes and brown hair. He is 6’ 1” and weighs 205 pounds. In September 1997, Foti was convicted of unnatural and lascivious acts with children under age 16.
• Michael Garvin, 38, 28 Mitchell Ln. He is white and 5’ 10” and weighs 190 pounds. He has hazel eyes and brown hair. Garvin was convicted on two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under age 14 in July 2005.
• David E. Giacalone, 50, 9 Byron St. Giacalone is white and has brown eyes and brown hair. He is 6’ and weighs 210 pounds. He was convicted of aggravated rape in April 1985.
• Jimenez Nicholas, 20, is white and has brown eyes and brown hair. He is 5’ 11” and weighs 183 pounds. He was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child under age 14 in December 2013.
• Samuel Nesbitt, 45, 25 Lassell St. Nesbitt is white with brown eyes and black hair. He is 5’ 10” and weighs 200 pounds. In 1993 and 1996 Nesbitt was convicted of aggravated rape (three counts), open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior, indecent assault and battery on a person age 14 or older and assault with intent to commit rape.
• Michael Puopolo, 51, 135 Salem St. Puopolo is white and has brown eyes and brown hair. He is 5’ 9” and weighs 185 pounds. In 1992 and 1995 he was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child under age 14 and assault with intent to commit rape.
According to police, Level 2 and Level 3 sex offenders are required by law to provide law enforcement with changes in their registration information.
