WAKEFIELD — Rosemarie Franzaroli, age 92, of Wakefield, formerly of Roslindale and the North End of Boston, died Thursday, August 19 at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital.
She was the beloved wife of the late George Franzaroli. She was the loving daughter of the late Emilio and Filomena (Cassese) Nicastro. She was predeceased by her nine siblings. She is survived by many caring nieces and one nephew.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield on Wednesday, August 25 at 10 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield prior to the mass from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
