PLNR girls’ hockey cruises past Medford/Malden, improves to 5-2-1

PEABODY — On Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day afternoon, the Peabody-Lynnfield-North-Reading High co-op girls’ hockey team hammered visiting Medford-Malden, 8-1, at the McVann-O’Keefe Rink in Peabody.

With that victory, the Tanners improved to 5-2-1 overall and 5-0-1 in the Northeast Hockey League.
