WAKEFIELD — Anita U. Lenners, 75, of Wakefield died on Wednesday, Dec. 16, at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.
Born in Peabody on Nov. 28, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Uno and Ellen (Anderson) Peura.
Mrs. Lenners was a graduate of Peabody High School, Class of 1958. She was a retired Registered Nurse at J.B. Thomas Hospital in Peabody. Mrs. Lenners will be missed by all.
She was the wife of the late Gerard E. Lenners. Mrs. Lenners is survived by her daughter Jennifer Rollins and her husband Peter of Wakefield; her two sons: Andrew Lenners and fiancée Danielle Geldart of Lynn and Christopher Lenners and his wife Erica of Wakefield; and her five grandchildren: Andy Jr., Brittany, Kaylee, Kirah and Tyler. She was predeceased by her son Matthew Lenners.
Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday from 4 to 7 p.m.
