NORTH READING — The Assessor’s Office is beginning the annual cyclical cycle of measuring and listing of properties. Paula Berry is a private contractor hired by the town to measure and inspect the properties on the streets listed below.
If you are not home, Berry will measure the outside of the home and leave a notice to contact the Assessor’s Office to set up an appointment for an interior inspection. The interior inspection takes approximately 10 -15 minutes and is vital to ensure the Assessor’s Office has the correct data on record.
