NORTH READING — The North Reading Assessor will be conducting inspections of properties sold during calendar year 2014, as with property that has or had a building permit. These interior inspections are conducted by Assessing Manager Debbie Carbone and take approximately 20 minutes to complete. If access is not granted, a form letter will be left for you to contact the Assessor’s Office to schedule an appointment.
This process is vital in establishing the town’s 2016 Property Values and cooperation from residents is greatly appreciated.
