ALLSTON — Anthony “Sonny” Vardensky, 77, of Allston, died Dec. 5, 2016. He was the beloved husband of Terri Vardensky and the loving father of Anthony Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Newton, Scott and his wife Teresa of North Reading, Jenna Ward and her husband Addison of Methuen, Cindy Forster and her husband John of Tewksbury and the late Kimberly DePass. He was the brother of Richard of Charlestown, Gloria Hayes of Allston, Dorothy Tehan of Allston and the late John.
His memorial service was held in the Lehman Reen & McNamara Funeral Home, 63 Chestnut Hill Ave. on Saturday, Dec. 10. Interment was private. Sonny was a longtime member of the Brighton Lodge of Elks 2199.
