The Town Clerk’s Office has given out to an unknown person a blank petition for a recount of Monday’s selectman’s race results. Christopher Barrett was declared the winner but the tally is unofficial. Those seeking a recount need 10 signatures of registered voters in each of Lynnfield’s four precincts. The deadline for submitting a signed recount petition is 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 23.
