Curbside brush and branch collection the week of April 9

MELROSE — The Department of Public Works (DPW) is providing an added curbside service this Spring given the harsh winter and successive Nor’easters of March.

Five indicted in Sylvan St. incident

WOBURN — Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan recently announced the indictment of five people involved in an incident on Sylvan Street in December.

A grand jury indicted David Demaio of Carver, Harrison Kumm of Lowell, Eric McGuirl of Burlington, Megan O’Shaughnessy of Everett and William Wigfall of Melrose.
