MELROSE — Donations to the Melrose Emergency Fund topped the $50,000 mark this week, with help from local businesses, including Sexton and Donohue and Dagle Electric.

Due to tomorrow’s anticipated storm, all curbside collection will be cancelled for Thursday, January 4. All Wednesday trash, recycling, and tree routes will be collected on Friday. Trash and recycling from Thursday routes should also be set out on Friday, however, collection of these items will continue into Saturday.
