Rob and Marianne Dilman of Melrose visited their son Charlie in Valencia Spain this last month to celebrate Fallas Festival and Easter holiday. Charlie, a sophomore at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, took a semester abroad to study at Valencia Polytechnic University.
