Median home sale price over $800K

WAKEFIELD — The median price of both single-family homes and condos sold in town last month continued to climb to record heights, mirroring a trend across the state.

Eighteen house sold here in July, and fetched a median price of $802,000. The median price of a condo sold in Wakefield last month was $743,800.
