LYNNFIELD — Burlington, Vt.’s Richard Carrick and Lynnfield’s Olivia Lamarche paced a field of nearly 230 runners at the 49th annual Fourth of July Road Race Monday.

THE Wakefield Girls’ Spring U16 Soccer team made it to the playoff round of the Commissioner’s Cup, while putting up a record of 6-0-1 for the season. THE WHITE SOX were crowned the Town Series champs in Senior Little League Softball with an 8-4 victory over the Dodgers in the title game.
