MELROSE — The annual Melrose Chamber of Commerce Trick or Treat at Melrose Businesses will be on Friday, Oct. 28 from 3:30-5 p.m.
Sponsored by AFC Urgent Care Saugus, Malden and Stoneham, businesses on Main Street, Essex Street, West Foster Street, West Wyoming Avenue, West Emerson Street, Franklin Street and other business districts in Melrose will be participating. Main Street from Upham Street to Grove Street will be closed during this time.
Children in third grade and younger are invited to trick or treat where they see the orange and black balloons. Melrose businesses will be ready to great children and their families for a fun and safe trick or treat event.
“This is also a great opportunity to visit Melrose’s Victorian downtown district, as well as the many other business districts in Melrose,” said Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Lauren Grymek. “Come by in your costume for treats and meet our local business owners! Please review the list of participating businesses at www.melrosechamber.org, under Happenings.”
