NORTH READING – Last week Classified Realty Group held its annual meeting and awards ceremony to recognize the company’s top producers, to recap 2016, and to finalize the sales and marketing plans for 2017. Agents from the company’s three locations, North Reading, Reading, and Wakefield, were in attendance.
The Reading office’s top producer award winners were Susan Gormady and Katie Varney. Top producers from the North Reading office were Lisa Santilli, Laurie Cappuccio, and Matt Quinlan. It’s worth noting, agents from the Wakefield location weren’t eligible because the office didn’t open until this year.
Susan Gormady’s top producer award is her second straight and caps another year of outstanding performance. Susan continues to utilize every sales tool, especially social networking, at her disposal to provide her clients with the latest market data and best possible customer service and support. She’s passionate about her business and committed to reaching new heights as she grows her client base and referral network throughout the North Shore.

Katie’s rapid rise from new agent to a top producer is very uncommon. Learning the business, developing a network, and understanding the real estate market can be a long and challenging process. Fortunately, Katie is a quick learner with great communication skills. She really understands her clients and the things that are most important to them in their real estate transactions.
Lisa Santilli is another repeat top producer award winner. Lisa has been one of the area’s top producing and most well respected realtors for years. Her years of sustained excellence are a tribute to her many talents. Lisa’s business savvy along with her commitment to her clients and to her profession are just a few of the reasons she continues to perform at such a high level. Her thirty-five real estate transactions in 2016 are a personal best and among the most in the area.
Laurie Cappuccio is a repeat top producer. She is also one of the top agents in the industry. Her passion, talent, and unrelenting style are just a few of the reasons for her success. Laurie is the ultimate client advocate and consummate professional. Her years’ of experience and thorough understanding of the real estate industry and its many nuances really benefit her clients. Laurie’s outstanding career has been built on client retention and referrals, a real testament to her skill level and client first attitude.
Matt Quinlan is once again a top producer. Matt’s energy, enthusiasm, desire, and work ethic are infectious and unparalleled. They are also the main reasons for his continued success. Since starting his career 7 years ago, Matt hasn’t stopped to catch his breath. He keeps working to hone his skills and his business and client base keep expanding. Matt’s straight forward approach and friendly style have earned him the respect of his peers and clients.
At the completion of the awards ceremony, there was a market review, industry forecast, and discussion of best practices. The company’s 2017 sales and marketing plans were also discussed. The addition of the discussion about “best practices” was extremely well received by those in attendance. The consensus was that having a chance to learn and grow from one another’s experiences, was a great team-building exercise and an opportunity to become better realtors. The meeting concluded with a pledge to stay focused and remember the company’s commitment to integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
When asked how she felt about the company’s record setting year (2016), Classified Realty’s broker/owner Maureen Giuliano said, “Real estate is so unique. Our clients also happen to be our friends, family, and neighbors. Doing right by them is an awesome responsibility that I take very seriously. I think their decision to work with us in 2016 and prior years is their endorsement of the way we do business and that feels really good! I’m also incredibly proud of the team of realtors I get to work with every day. They’re dedicated, hardworking, and really talented. Best of all, they’re good people”.
