WAKEFIELD — Unsuccessful presidential candidate Hillary Clinton carried Wakefield handily yesterday during the historic 2016 election.
With nearly 83 percent of the town’s registered voters participating, Clinton received just over 53 percent of the ballots cast to eventual winner Donald Trump’s 39 percent.
