WAKEFIELD — Cynthia J. Moore, 68, of Wakefield died on Friday, Dec. 9, at the Meadowview Center in North Reading.
Born in Melrose on Jan. 13, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Winston and Margaret (Findlay) Moore.
Ms. Moore was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1966. She was a retired clerk for the IRS in Andover and was a former member of the Greenwood Union Church in Wakefield.
She is survived by her brother Wayne Moore and his wife Maureen of Wakefield; her sister Janice Doren of Reading; her aunt Charlotte Jonkers; her niece Julie Martineau and her husband Chris; her two nephews Shaun Moore and Eric Doren and his wife Andrea. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ms. Moore was predeceased by many aunts and uncles.
Her funeral service will be held in the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Lakeside Cemetery in Wakefield. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m.
