WHS graduate enjoyed the outdoors
POTTSTOWN, Pa. — Dennis M. White, 66, husband of Linda M. (Meunier) White, of Pottstown, Pa. died early Friday morning, Feb. 20, in the Seasons Hospice at Phoenixville Hospital.
Born in Wakefield, he was a son of Dennis A. White of Royersford and the late Fanny K. (Kimmage) White. He was a graduate of Wakefield High School and received an associate’s degree in Computer Science from Bryant and Stratton Business School.
He served in the Army National Guard. As a child, he loved spending time at his family’s summer cottage. He also enjoyed being outdoors whether it was working in the garden or off on a motorcycle ride.
Mr. White was a member of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Spring City.
In addition to his wife of 34 years, Mr. White is survived by one daughter, Jennifer A. Santosuosso, wife of Mark A. Santosuosso, of Pelham, N.H.; and two grandchildren, Dylan M. Santosuosso and Matthew J. Santosuosso.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside memorial service at the Lakeside Cemetery, 501 North Ave., Wakefield, on Sunday, March 22, at 12:30 p.m. Officiating will be the Rev. Vincent Gianni.
